Ingredients
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp Blended Peeled Lemon
2 tbsp water
1.5 tsp miso paste
0.5 tsp ground black pepper
0.17 tbsp tomato paste
1.5 tsp date syrup
1 tbsp molasses
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 cup Vegetable Broth
Preparation
Mix the miso into water, set aside.
Heat the broth in a small saucepan over median heat. Add the garlic and ginger and simmer for 3 min. stir in the molasses, date syrup, tomato paste, and black pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1 min. Remove from the heat, and stir in the miso mixture, blended lemon, and rice vinegar. Taste and adjust the seasonings.
