Makes 24 servings (1 serving = 1 tsp)
Ingredients
0.5 tsp celery seed
0.5 tsp ground turmeric
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried thyme
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Preparation
In a spice grinder, mix in all the ingredients, pulverize until the texture becomes uniform.
Store in a cool, dry place.
* It is recommended that patients with Crohn’s disease or hidradenitis suppurativa avoid nutritional yeast.
