Ingredients
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 medium banana
2 ounces plain almond milk yogurt
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
Preparation
In a smoothie blender, blend everything together until smooth and lightly frothy. Drink it directly or serve it with granola.
