1  tablespoon olive oil

2  large eggs

1/8  teaspoon salt

step 1.

If needed, work in batch of 2 to 4 eggs.

step 2.

Heat up oil in a nonstick skillet over low heat. Crack an egg into a small ramekin and slowly add it to the skillet. Repeat with other eggs, but don't overcrowd. Cover with a lid, for about 2 to 3 minutes or until the whites are completely set. Slide the eggs out of the skillet onto a plate or toast. Season with salt.
