ingredients

4 Servings

1  pound salmon

2  tablespoons olive oil

1  teaspoon sea salt

2  sprigs fresh dill, chopped (optional)

1/2  teaspoon black pepper

preparation

step 1.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

step 2.

In a large mixing bowl combine salmon, olive oil, dill, salt and pepper. Toss well to coat and transfer to a rimmed baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, 8-10 minutes or until thermometer inserted into the thickest part of salmon reads 130°F.

step 3.

Allow to cool to room temperature. Store in an air-tight container until ready to serve, up to 5 days.
