Preparation
Step 1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shrimp and Old Bay seasoning; mix well.
Step 2. In a small bowl, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce; mix well. Set aside. We will use it in step 6.
Step 3. In a sauté pan, heat up the canola oil over medium heat.
Step 4. Add the garlic to the sauté pan; cook for 30 seconds or until the garlic is lightly browned.
Step 5. Add the shrimp; cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the shrimp becomes pink and opaque.
Step 6. Add the prepared sauce from step 2; stir to combine. Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
