Preparation
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Step 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Step 3. Transfer the Brussels sprouts mixture to a baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Turn the baking sheet 180° halfway through. Closely monitor the Brussels sprouts towards the end of baking process to avoid burning.
Step 4. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and stir in the sriracha sauce. Sprinkle with the slivered almonds on top.
