2 tablespoons  extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon  red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon  fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon  dried oregano

½ teaspoon  salt

¼ teaspoon  freshly ground black pepper

preparation

step 1.

In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, fresh lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and freshly ground black pepper until well combined.

step 2.

Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning if needed, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to suit your preferences.

step 3.

Use the Greek salad dressing immediately, drizzling it over your favorite Greek salad ingredients, such as lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, feta cheese, and olives, and toss to coat evenly. Alternatively, store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. If the dressing separates during storage, simply give it a quick whisk or shake before using it.
