3 cup rolled oats
5 oz cashews, roughly chopped
5 oz almonds, roughly chopped
0.5 cup raisins
0.75 cup shredded sweet coconut
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
0.75 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp unpacked cup brown sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 250F.
Mix together the oats, nuts, and coconut. Add the maple syrup, oil, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, and mix thoroughly. Pour onto a flat baking sheet and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes while stirring every 20 minutes.
