ingredients

1/4  cup unsalted butter, bring to room temperature

1/2  tablespoon minced garlic

1  cup heavy cream

1/2  cup grated parmesan cheese

1/4  cup chopped fresh parsley

preparation

step 1.

In a large skillet, over medium heat, add butter and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until butter is bubbling and almost browning, 1-2 minutes.

step 2.

Add cream, stirring constantly, until mixture is at a constant simmer and begins to reduce in volume, 3-4 minutes.

step 3.

Stir in parmesan until fully incorporated. Gently fold in parsley.

step 4.

Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
