Ingredients
2.0 tsp miso paste
0.125 cup juiced lemon
3.0 cup cooked chickpea , canned, drained, and rinsed
8.0 tbsp tahini
1.0 tsp cumin, ground
1.0 tsp paprika
1.0 dash salt
4.0 clove garlic, crushed and roasted
4.0 tbsp parsley, chopped
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Add water, 1 tbsp at a time, if needed, until the desired consistency is achieved.
