Ingredients
3/4 cup grapeseed oil
3/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon chopped shallots
2 teaspoons grapefruit juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1/4 teaspoon salt
black pepper, to taste
Preparation
In a salad dressing shaker, combine everything. Shake vigorously to mix well. Store in the refrigerator for no more than two weeks. Shake before use.
