1  pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

2  tablespoons olive oil

1/2  teaspoon salt

1/2  teaspoon ground black pepper

1  tablespoon sriracha sauce

1/4  cup slivered almonds, toasted

preparation

step 1.

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

step 2.

In a mixing bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.

step 3.

Transfer Brussels sprouts mixture to a baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Turn the baking sheet 180° halfway through. Closely monitor the Brussels sprouts towards the end of baking process to avoid burning.

step 4.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and stir in the sriracha sauce. Sprinkle with the slivered almonds on top.
